Gluten Free Lifestyle “Controversy”
Seems like I’ve “accidentally” created a little controversy with my free videos and reports!
(In case you haven’t had a chance to watch them or download my BONUS report just go to: http://www.glutenfreelifestyle.com/blog to check them out.)
You see when I created the videos I wanted to do something NO one else has done – bring awareness to as many people as possible about gluten sensitivity AND celiac disease and do it on a MASSIVE SCALE.
And I thought, using video and a short report would be a perfect way for me to spread the word. With most people so busy these days, they don’t have the time to read countless books or spend hours on the web sorting through “questionable” information to discover the facts for themselves.
BUT – some people haven’t liked it. NOT AT ALL. In fact some e-mails have been downright rude. I’ve received some very angry e-mails with people saying that I shouldn’t be putting up my videos as they don’t tell the FULL details.
So I’ve decided to “Come Clean” and let you in on something.
You see because I tried to make the videos and report quick to watch and easy to learn from - I omitted the more “technical medical details” so as not to overwhelm anyone. (I even said it in the 2nd video! – “I apologize to anyone with a medical background in advance as I’ve tried to simplify this as much as possible…”)
So I’ve unwittingly come “under-fire” as the bad guy here!
Unfortunately for “gluten sensitivity” and “celiac disease” there is a lot of so called “experts” out there spreading conflicting and untrue information which makes it very difficult for most people, especially those just learning about the condition to determine what IS and IS NOT correct.
So I want to let you know that I’ve recorded a NEW video for you that I’ll be putting up in the next few days to give you a little more background about myself and why I created GlutenFreeLifestyle.
I’ve also put together a whole collection of tips that I want to share with you - but I won’t let you in on them just yet – you’ll just have to wait until the video is up
For now – I want to let you know that I’ve put together a list of books you can take a look at should you want some more detailed information. After all when it comes to your health – I want to make sure you have ALL THE FACTS to let you make an informed decision.
You can check them out at the bottom of this post.
But back to my report and videos…
Fortunately the overall response has been fantastic!
Over the last 6 days, The BONUS report has been downloaded 968 times and the site has had 1213 visitors!
Most people have been sending me wonderful e-mails, full of praise and thanking me for what I’ve put up and telling me they’re helping to spread the word.
Case in point, here is an e-mail I received from one kind subscriber:
“ We “pros” can look at the information that you have so graciously sent and find a few insignificancies, etc., but the bottom line here is that people get information, information that they can take and further educate themselves on what they need to do to take care of their health.
Thank you again for caring enough to put this together. I have sent this to practically my entire address book to “get the word” out. You’re a jewel! God Bless you! ”
Thanks to Patti – for that one!
Turns out I AM the “good-guy” after all!
Until next time,
Best Wishes,
Katie Ross.
P.S. I have some exciting news that I will be announcing VERY SHORTLY about a new resource I have been working on with my team that is aimed at giving you a source of information from TRUSTED SOURCES and REAL EXPERTS. Stay tuned for more information very shortly!
